Deposit
Deposit required depending on length of stay. A credit card is also required to make a reservation.
CANCELLATIONS:
Once a unit or multiple
units have been confirmed,
THE UNIT(S) ARE TAKEN OFF THE RENTAL MARKET AND ARE HELD FOR YOU. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT FOR
ALL UNITS RESERVED FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
If you cancel
with more than 30 days notice:
You will receive
a refund of your deposit less a twenty five dollar processing fee.
If you cancel
your unit(s) with less than 30 days notice:
You
are still responsible for the balance unless the unit is rerented. If the unit is rerented for the exact
days, you will be refunded your deposit less a twenty five dollar processing fee. If the unit is rerented
for some of the days, then you are responsible for the days that it is not rerented. Please don't reserve "extra units"
with the expectation of canceling those you don't need upon arrival.
The
deposit will be refunded less a twenty five dollar processing fee if you meet the following guidelines:
In
order to receive a refund, the unit(s) must be canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date.
THERE
ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR INCLEMENT WEATHER.
